Ingredients;
3 cups aata(wheat flour)
1tsp ajwain seeds
3 tbsp oil or ghee or butter
salt to taste
water as needed to bind the flour.
Method;
Take a bowl or thali andmix all the ingredients together to make a semi-soft dough.Knead it for 3-4min applying oil in your hands.Cove and keep it for half and hour .Divid ethe dough into equal portions.Take a portion of dough and roll into a chappati.Drizzle a tsp of oil over the chappati.Fry till bothe the sides r brown in colour.Serve with cold dahi(yoghurt).
