Paneer pataya

Ingredients;

250gm paneer(cut into strips),
 1/2 cup chinese noodles(broken),
oil for frying.

Marinate;
1/2 cup corriander leaves,
 8-10 basil leaves,
1/4 cup cornflour,
1/4 cup mint leaves,
1/2 tsp ginger-chilli paste,
2tbsp chilli sauce,
2tbsp tobasco sauce,
 1tsp vinegar,
i stalk celery,
1/4 tsp pepper,
 salt to taste.

Method;

Grind together all the ingredients to make a paste.Cover each stick of paneer liberally with this paste and roll in the broken noodles,Fry until crisp,Serve with tomato sauce.
