Ingredients;
16 pieces of baby corn,
oil for frying.
For the dough;
1/2 cup flour,
1tsp oil,
salt to taste,
water for kneading the flour.
Marinate;
1/3 cup hung curd, 2tbsp gram flour, 2 slices bread(crushed in mixer), 1tsp ginger chilli paste, 2tbsp corriander leaves, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp pepper, salt to taste.
Method;
Make dough and roll out thin rotis.Half roast on the tawa.Mix all the ingredients of the marinate baby corn for an hour.Cut rotis into strips and roll baby corn into them, individually.Fry in hot oil until crisp.
