China grass pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 Pineapple (chopped)
Sugar (to taste)
1/2 China Grass(u get in any supermarkets)
1/2 liter Milk
1 tin Milkmaid
Few Cherries
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method;

Soak china grass in water until it softens.Toss pineapple with sugar and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.Combine china grass with milk, milkmaid, and vanilla essence in a pan. Cook, stirring frequently until the mixture starts boiling. Remove from heat. Place the baked pineapple mixture on a shallow serving plate and pour cover milk mixture to cover the pineapple. Leave aside to cool.Top up with cherries and refrigerate until cold.Slice and serve chilled.
