Biscuit halwa

Ingredients:

Biscuit - 100 gms(Marie biscuits)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Saffron - few strands
Ghee - 1/2 tbsp

Method:

First soak the biscuit in sugar and milk for 10 mins.Take a pan heat the ghee add this mixture and stir till it thicken.After it get thicken add saffron,if needed add fried cashewnuts,almonds and cardamom powder.Now our dish biscuit halwa is ready.
