Ingredients;
Full cream milk - 5 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 4
Orange - 3
Almond - 12
Pista - 10
silver foil (vark)
Method;
1. Peel oranges and set aside. 2. Blanch almond, pista, cut into pieces and set aside. 3. Powder cardamom. 4. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan. 5. When the milk starts boiling add sugar, cardamom and cook on a low flame. 6. When the contents start thickening, switch off the stove. 7. When the contents are cool, add orange pieces and refrigerate. 8. Serve chilled, garnished with vark, almonds and pista.
