Pineapple and coconut burfi

Ingredients;

Pineapple - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/4cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup

Method:

1.First Cut the pineapple and cook until water separates. 2.Along with this add coconut,sugar and roast it well. 3.Now apply ghee in pan and pour the mixture,allow it to cool. 4.After it get cool cut it in required shapes and sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
