Lauki(dudhi) ki burfi

Ingredients:

1 cup grated Lauki
1/2 cup Khoya
500 ml Milk
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cardamom powder
1/4 tsp Edible green color

Method:

1.In a pan, boil the milk for 6 minutes. 2.Add the grated lauki in boiling milk and stir. 3.When half of the milk is evaporated, add the khoya, sugar with color and stir 4.When the froth starts leaving from the side, transfer the mixture in an greased aluminum tray. 5.Add the cardamom powder and set aside for one hour. 6.Cut into desired shapes and serve.
