Choclate burfi

Ingredients;

Milk 750 ml
Condensed milk 1/2 tin
Sugar 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence a little
Salt a pinch

Method;

Mix milk and condensed milk in a thick bottomed vessel and heat. Mix cocoa powder in 1/2 cup of water without lumps.When the milk is reduced to 1/3rd and thick, add cocoa mix, sugar, little by little and stir continuously.It will be easier to stir with a wooden spoon.Take a drop of the mix and put it in a cup of water. If it falls like a ball and if when removed, it loses it's shape, remove the vessel from the stove.Add butter and stir well.When the contents start leaving the vessel, add a pinch of salt, essence, stir and remove the vessel from the stove.Transfer the contents to a ghee smeared plate and spread.When the contents are a little cool, cut into pieces.
