Groundnut burfi

Ingredients:

Broken Groundnuts - 2 cups
Jaggery - 1/2 kg

Method:

Fry broken groundnut in a dry pan for a while and set aside.Grate jaggery into small pieces.Take 2 cups of water in a pan and when it is boiled add jaggery and allow to become soft in medium heat. (remember to remove residue)Turn flame to slim heat and add nuts.Stir continously till it mixes well and becomes thick.Take a plate and spread one spoon of ghee in that.Spread the burfi evenly on the plate and cut into pieces with a knife and leave it in the plate itself. When it is warm take out the pieces.
