Dudhi raita

Ingredients:

1cup fresh curd,beaten well.
1cup grated dudhi,
salt, to taste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds grounded,
1/4 ginger powder,
1tsp chopped chilli paste,
1tsp roasted jeera powder(cumin seeds)
,few fresh corriander leaves.

Method:

In enough water,boil the dudhi,drain,and keep aside. Add this to the beaten curds with all the masalas. Garnish with corriander leaves,and serve with any type of roti,or rice.
