Rava cake/burfi

Ingredients;

1/2 cup Rava/ Sooji / Semolina
1/2 cup Ghee
1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups Milk
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Few Saffron strands
Assorted nuts of your choice

Method;

Put together rava, ghee, milk, sugar, chopped nuts in to cooking pan.Mix together and cook over medium heat.Continue to cook over medium high heat until mixture comes together like thick dough and starts to leave out this sides of pan Pour mixture in to greased dish, spread out mixture evenly.Garnish with sliced almonds or pistachios. After mixture cools down, cut that in to desire shape!
