Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
3 Capsicums
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Method;
Wash capsicum and potatoes and chop into strips lengthwise.Heat the oil in the pan. Add cumin seeds.Then add capsicum and potatoes and fry it for 5 minutes.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
