Bread gulab jamuns

Ingredients;

6 slices bread,
50gms paneer,
4tsp milk powder,
1tbsp ghee,
1/4 tsp soda bi-carb,
1/4 tsp cardamom powder,
few drops rose essence
2-3 tsps milk,
oil or ghee for frying.

For sugar syrup;
1 cup sugar, 1 cup water.

Method;

Make a sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water.Cool and set aside.Remove the bread crusts and crumble.Add milk powder,paneer,ghee,soda,cardamom powder and rose essence,mix well.Divide mixture into small portions and shape into balls.Heat oil in non-stick pan and fry over medium heat till golden brown.Dip in sugar syrup for a few min and serve hot with icecream.
