Jhatpat rasgullas

Ingredients;

250gms paneer,
1tsp flour for binding,

For the sugar syrup;
500gms sugar,400ml water.

Method;

Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water,strain and cool.Knead flour and paneer to make a soft dough.Divide into small portions and roll into balls.Bring strained syrup to boil in a pressure cooker.Drop paneer balls in this syrup,cook under pressure for 5 minutes.Remove cooker from fire.Serve hot or chilled,sprinkle with a little rose water.
