Creamy palak bhurji

Ingredients:

500 gm Spinach (finely chopped)
2 Red Chilies (Whole)
1 tbsp Ginger (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Cream
1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste

Method;

Melt the butter in a pan.Saute red chilies, garlic and ginger until light brown in color.Add the spinach and salt. Mix well. Garnish with the cream and serve.
