Khajoor choclate(dates)

Ingredients;

Dates - 1 cup
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Milk Chocolate;
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Cashew - 5
Badam - 5

Method;

Soak dates in milk and grind to a paste.In a thick bottomed vessel mix paste, sugar and stir well.When contents start thickening, add butter and stir till the contents leave the sides of the vessel.Remove pan from the stove. Milk chocolate; Powder badam and cashew.Boil milk in a thick bottomed vessel.When it is thick, add sugar and stir. When contents start thickening, add butter and stir till the contents leave the sides of the vessel. Remove pan from the stove. When still warm take a portion of milk chocolate, place a small ball of dates mix in the centre and press into desired shapes.
