Ingredients;
Dates - 1 cup
Coconut ( grated ) - 1/4 cup
Milk - 11/2 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Method;
Soak dates in milk for half an hour.Grind dates with coconut to a paste. Mix ground paste with sugar, ghee in a thick bottomed pan and cook, stirring constantly.When contents leave the sides of the pan, transfer to a greased plate. Cut into pieces.
