Lemon rice

Ingredients;
Boiled Rice - 2 cups
  Lemon juice - 1/3 cup
Black Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10
Green chilly(cut lengthwise in 2 pieces) - 2
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Peanuts - 3 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon + 2 teaspoon

Method ;

Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in kadai,fry peanut till light brown in color(2 minutes) Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, allow to splutter.Add green chilly and curry leaves stir fry for few seconds.Add peanuts, turmeric powder and salt and fry for one minute.Now add boiled rice and mix well.Turn the heat off, add lemon (nimbu) juice and mix well. Lemon rice is ready to be served with Cucumber Raita
