Ingredients;
Rice - 2 cups (boiled)
Onion - 1 (Finely chopped)
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 1/2 teaspoon
oil - 2 tablespoon
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 2 (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (Chopped)
Green peas - 1/4 cup (boiled)
Turmeric powder (haldi) - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tablespoon
Green Chili (chopped) - 1
Coriander Leaves (Dhania patta) - 1 tablespoon for garnish
Salt to taste
Method;
Heat kadai without any ingredients till fumes start coming out of kadai.Quickly add oil, green chili, cumin seeds and saute for 30 seconds.Add onions and fry for 1 minute, now add turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute on high heat.Add tomato, boiled green peas and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.Add boiled (cooked) rice and mix.Add salt, red chili powder and pav bhaji masala and saute for 2 minutes on low heat.Garnish with coriander leaves Serve Tawa Pulao hot with Gobi Manchurian or raita.
