Ingredients;
21/2 cup of soaked rice (soak for 1 hour)
,1 lemon or tamarind(imli)
8-9 green chillies or acc to your taste,
21/2 tbsp coriander seeds,
1tsp jeera,
21/2 tsp salt
,1/4 tsp haldi(turmeric),
1 piece of jaggery(21/2 times that of tamarind,or to taste)-pounded to powder,
1/4 grated coconut,
1/2 bunch palak blanched.
Method;
Mix all the above ingredients except salt and jaggery and palak in the mixie to form a paste.Now add freshly chopped palak,salt and jaggery to the paste.Make dosas and serve hot with chutney. Note;u can make dosas similarly of boiled cabbage or brinjal instead of palak.
