Tomato dosa

Ingredients;

Ponni rice(very small in size)1 cup,
moong dal 1/2 cup,
tomatoes3-4 big ones,
1 small piece ginger
,2-3 green chillies,
a pinch of hing,
salt to taste,
curry leaves and coriander leaves for garnishing.

Method;

Soak the ponni rice and moong dal for atleast 5-6 hrs.In the blender,first grind tomatoes,chillies,hing and ginger.Keep it aside.Then grind the dal and rice mixture until fine.Make sure u don't add too much water while grinding.To this,add the pureed tomatoes and blend well.Add the salt.Keep the batter in the fridge for one hour,and then pour it over on the tava like any dosa.Sprinkle red chilli powder over it and serve hot with chutney.
