Rava(semolina)and wheat flour dosa

Ingredients;

1 cup rava,
 1 cup wheat flour,
1-2 cups lassi to make the paste loose.(plain water or lime juice is optional),
1 tsp each chilli powder and pepper powder,
1 piece ginger finely sliced(or ginger paste),
1 onion finely cut,
1 tsp jeera,
1 small bunch coriander leaves,
1 pinch hing(asafoetida),
1 tsp salt or according to taste,
veg like carrot,shimla mirchi,cabbage,palak all shredded are (optional).

Method;

Mix the aata and semolina.Add salt and hing and mix into loose paste with lassi,water or lemon juice.Add the other above ingredients and mix well.Heat the tava ,spread little oil with half an onion(spreads evenly and better that way)and pour a big ladle of dough and move the tava around to ensure it spreads.Turn over after 2 min.Serve hot with coconut chutney or green chutney.
