Ingredients;
1 cup lapsi(rawa),
1 med sized onion,
1-2 green chillies,
few curry leaves,
1 pinch hing powder,
1 tsp urad dal
,1 tsp mustard seeds,
2tbsp oil,
salt to taste
,chopped beans,green peas,cabbage,moong sprouts(optional)as per your requirement.
Method;
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.When it splutters,add urad dal and roast till golden brown.Add onions,ginger,green chillies and curry leaves.Saute for 2 min and add chopped vegetables of your choice.Now add 21/2 cups water,hing powder and salt,mix well.When the water starts boiling,add lapsi stirring carefully.Cover the pan and cook on a slow flame for 6-8 min.Serve hot.
