Sandwitched malai paneer veg

Ingredients:

300g Paneer
4 bunches spinach, chopped finely
1 small cauliflower, chopped
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp cinnamon sticks powder
1 tbsp garam masala
Salt as required

For gravy:

1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp corn flour
2 tbsp ghee

For seasoning:
2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds Few curry leaves

Method;

Cut the paneer into pieces about 2" length and little bit thicker to make sand witch. Sprinkle the garam masala powder on paneer pieces and keep aside.Boil water with salt and put the spinach and cauliflower pieces and boil for few minutes and drain the water.Grind spinach, cauliflower, green chillies into smooth paste. To that paste add cinnamon powder and salt. Mix well and add this to paneer pieces. Put one paneer piece on another one like sandwich and put aside.

For gravy:

Mix the corn flour in coconut milk.Heat ghee in a pan and pour the coconut mixture, salt and 1/2 cup water and boil them.When the mixture gets boiled add the paneer sandwiches to this and cook on simmer for 10 minutes.Transfer these pieces into a serving bowl.Heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and add this to paneer pieces. Serve hot.
