Ingredients;
2 bunches of spinach,
1/2 cup besan ka aata
a pinch of soda bi-carbonate
jeera powder and chilli powder
water ,
oil,
salt to taste.
1 tsp hing(asatifoeda)
Method;
Separate each leaf of the spinach.Wash thoroughly and dry.Add water to the besan to make it to a thick consistency.Add soda,salt,jeera and chilli powder.Heat oil in a kadhai,dip each leaf into the besan mixture till it is well coated.Fry till golden brown.Serve hot with green chutney. Note; The same batter can be use to make onion,potato.brinjal,dudhi.banana.mango,cauliflower,and ajwain ,paneer pakoras.
