Ingredients;
2 cups boiled rice,
2tbsps grated(fresh)coconut,
1 bunch(pick only the leaves)drumstick leaves,
oil as required,
salt to taste.
Method;
Soak rice for 4-5 hours.Grind to a fine thick paste,adding salt.Mix grated coconut and drumstick leaves to the batter.Mix well by adding required water to make a thicker dosas.Spread the batter with the spoon on a pre-heated tava by smearing little oil on it.Cook both the sides to get crisp dosas.Serve hot with green or coconut chutney. Note; these dosa can be made immediately after grinding.
