Mixed dal dosa

Ingredients;

1 cup rice,
 1/2 cup chana dal,
1/2 cup tur dal,
1 tbsp urad dal
,1 small piece ginger,
 1/2 tsp jeera,
5-6 peppercorns,
a few curry leaves
,2 green and red chillies each,
1/2 tsp hing,
salt to taste.

Method;

Soak the rice and dals together for 2 hrs.Grind them coarsely(not too fine).adding the other ingredients,and the required water to get a consistency slightly thicker than dosa.For extra taste,finely chopped onions or methi leaves can be added to the batter.Spread the batter with a spoon on a pre-heated non-stick tava and add a tsp oil all around its rim.Cook both the sides golden brown and crisp. Serve with green or coconut chutney.
