Moong dal dosa with chutney

Ingredients;

For the dosa;

 2 cups moong dal
,2 green chillies,
1 small piece fresh ginger,
1 onion (optional)
1/2 tsp jeera,
1 small bunch corriander leaves,
2-3 tsp oil
,salt to taste.

For the chutney;
 3tbsp Dalia,
 2 medium onions,
2 medium tomatoes
,2-3 red chillies,
1 bunch coriander leaves,
1/2 tsp hing(asafoetida),
salt to taste.
Grind in a mixie with some water and yoghurt to form a consistency

Method;

Soak moong dal for an hour.Grind with chillies,ginger,jeera and onion pieces together to a smooth paste.Add required water and butter milk to get a dosa consistency.Add the chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste and mix well.Spread the batter with the spoon in a concentric form like dosa.When one side is cooked,flip over so that the other side is done.Serve hot with chutney.
