Grilled choclate sandwitch

Ingredients;

Dark chocolate – 1 large chunk or bar
   White chocolate – 1 small chunk or bar
Bread slice – 3-4
Butter – 2 tbsp

Method;

For making sandwiches firstly melt the chocolate. Pour 1/2 cup water in a pan and make it boil. When water starts boiling add the dark chocolate chunk in the water. Keep the flame to minimum and let the chocolate melt. Chocolate has melted. Now roast bread slices on tawa without applying ghee or butter. Make sure they get roasted evenly from both the sides. Roast until they get light brown color. Like wise prepare all the bread slices. Now prepare sandwiches. Take two roasted bread slices and grease then with butter evenly. Now spread the melted chocolate evenly on the bread slices and close it by keeping one slice on the other. Like wise prepare all bread slices. Divide the bread slice in to two equal halves diagonally and place them on saucer. Before serving these sandwiches, coat them with some more melted chocolate and grate some white chocolate on the surface of sandwiches. Use any chocolate like sweetened or unsweetened chocolate. If want you can also sprinkle some cheese on top of the sandwiches. Serve them as it is or freeze them for few minutes in refrigerator.
