Palak paneer sandwitch

Ingredients;

Bread slices – 4
Spinach – 1 (chopped)
Paneer – 1 cup (crumbled)
 Butter – 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Salt – as per your taste

Method;

Firstly we will prepare filling for the sandwich. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan. When butter melts add chopped spinach and salt. Cover it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. After the palak is cooked, add crumbled paneer, cumin powder, lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all ingredients very nicely. Cook all ingredients on medium flame till the water dries up completely. Stuffing for the sandwich is ready. Now let’s prepare the sandwich. Coat the inner layers of 2 bread slices with butter. Place Palak stuffing on 1 bread slice with the butter laden side and spread evenly. Now place the other bread slice with butter on it and press the 2 lightly. Similarly, prepare the other sandwich as well. Place sandwich in sandwich griller. It takes hardly 3-4 minutes for grilling the sandwiches. Like wise grill all sandwiches. Cut them diagonally or any shape you want. Place them on a saucer or plate. Palak paneer sandwich is ready. Serve with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney.
