Spinach potato cheese balls

Ingredients;

Potato – 2-3 (boiled)
 Green peas – 1 cup
Spinach – 2 cup (chopped)
Onion chopped – 1 large (chopped)
Tomato puree- 1/2 cup
 Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Cheese – 1/2 cup (small chunks)
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Mango powder – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
 Almonds – 1 tsp
 Corn flour – 1 tbsp
 Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Salt – as per your taste

Method;

Firstly add salt and then mash the boiled potatoes with your hands or fork. Now heat pan, put 1 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, chopped onions and green peas; cook them for 1-2 minutes until peas become soft. When peas get cooked add spinach, fenugreek leaves, salt, and tomato puree. Now cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Cook it till water dries up completely and then add mashed potatoes, dry mango powder, garam masala, coriander powder, black pepper, chat masala and some salt. Mix all ingredients very nicely. Also add lemon juice and crushed almonds. Cook it for few minutes on low flame. Mixture is ready; make it cool down under fan. Take 1/2 cup water in a bowl, add corn flour. If you don’t have corn flour, use rice flour or maida. Now we will prepare balls of the mixture. Take little amount of mixture (lemon size) in your hand and make a ball out of it. Make a dent in the ball and stuff cheese cubes in the ball. Seal it properly. Prepare all balls like wise. Now fry the balls. Heat oil in a pan, dip the ball in corn flour mixture and coat it with bread crumbs then fry it in the oil. Fry all balls like wise. Fry them till they are golden brown on medium flame. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney.
