Methi and curd gravy(ideal for paneer or koftas)

Ingredients;

3tbsp ghee,
1 large onion,thinly sliced,
salt to taste,
1tsp red chilli powder,
2tsp freshly ground corriander seeds,
2tsp kasuri methi,
3cloves garlic ground
,3/4 cup smoothened yoghurt,
2tbsps grated coconut,ground to paste with water,
3 bay leaves,
1.2 tsp garam masala powder.

Method;

Heat ghee in a frying pan.Fry sliced onions to a golden brown.Add salt,chilli powder,corriander,kasoori methi,garlic and yoghurt and fry the masalas till well-browned and ghee separates from the masalas.Add the coconut paste,bay leaves,garam masala powder and 1 cup of water and stir.
