Methi rava dosa

Ingredients;

2 cups rava (fine one and not upma rava),
1/2 cup rice flour,
1tbsp maida,
1 cup sour curd,
1 cup finely chopped methi leaves,
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
,4 green chillies chopped,
2tbsp grated coconut,
1 tsp jeera
,1 pinch hing
,salt to taste

. Method;

In a bowl,mix rava, rice flour,maida and curd.Add jeera,hing,onion,methi leaves ,green chillies,coconut grated.Add some water so that the batter is thick and of dosa consistency.Add salt and keep for 30-40 min.On a med flame heat a non-stick tawa with few drops of oil.Pour 2tbsp of batter and spread it a little.When the dosa becomes crisp and red,turn it and cook the other side for few sec.Spread ghee or butter on it.Serve hot with chutney.
