Ingredients;
1 cup urad dal,
1 cup moong dal,
21/2 cup rice,
1/2 cup poha,
1/2 cup maida.
1 tsp methi seeds.
Method;
Soak all about ingredients for about 6-8 hrs and grind to make a soft paste.(ferment for 8hrs).Keep in a warm place. Make dosa on a flat non-stick pan by heating pan and applying oil.Pour 2tbsp of this paste and spread to make it round and apply little oil on top and cover for couple of sec.When the base becomes golden brown,turn it over to the other side and flip it again other side and add aloo masala(aloo sabji) and roll it to serve a special masala dosa.
