Pineapple sheera

Ingredients;

Pineapple puree- 1/4 cup
 Sooji or rava – 1/2 cup
 Pineapple – 1/4 cup (chopped)
 Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
Sugar powder – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits – some

Method;

Firstly we will roast our sooji. Preheat a pan, add ghee to melt in the pan. When ghee is melted add sooji in the pan . Roast sooji till it turns little brown on minimum flame. When sooji become little brown, add 1 cup of warm water and keep stirring . When water gets absorbed , add sugar powder, pineapple puree and cardamom powder. Before taking it out of the flame, add 1 tsp of ghee. Mix it well. Now add chopped pineapple and some dry fruits. Pineapple sheera is ready. Garnish with chopped pineapple and dry fruits.
